Shonda WARNER
Shonda is the founder of Chess Capital. Ms Warner has twenty years of experience in hedge fund type environments. From 1998 through 2002 she was the co managing director, and part owner, of Montier Partners, a UK based fund of funds. While at Montier she concentrated primarily on the investment side of the business. Before joining Montier she was executive director at Bear Stearns where she helped set up the European equities proprietary trading desk. Prior to that Ms Warner was an executive director at Goldman Sachs where she was a member of London's equity derivatives and proprietary trading desks.

Before moving to London Ms Warner spent three years in Tokyo running Goldman's proprietary warrant trading business. These assignments gave her a wide variety of experience investing in many of the strategies that today make up the hedge fund world. Ms Warner began her career at Cargill in Kansas City and Minneapolis where she gained experience first trading grains, and then doing financial instruments arbitrage. Ms Warner is registered with IMRO and is also a general securities representative with a NASD firm.

Cemal DOSEMBET
Cemal joined Chess Capital as both a quantitative analyst and the head of IT. Cemal began his career in 1987 with Goldman Sachs where he directed the development of trading systems and infrastructure for Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income and Mortgage Trading.

He played a key role in establishing and leading the Quantitative Strategies Group in the development of trading/risk management technology. In 1997 Cemal moved to NatWest as the head of Cash Equities Technology. In 1998, after the completion of the NatWest sale to Bankers, Cemal joined Deutsche Bank London, as Managing Director, Head of Equities Technology, where he created a new technology organisation. In early 2001 Cemal was lured into the US technology business joining Codexa Corporation as the Chief Technology Officer. Cemal holds MS in Computer Science and BS in Chemical Engineering.

Stephanie HAWORTH
Stephanie works for Chess in marketing and research. In 1997 she set up Edge Events, the entity responsible for establishing 'The Alternative Investment Awards' Charity Dinner, the acclaimed hedge fund event which raised millions of dollars and was eventually restructured to become the charity ARK in 2002.

In 1992 Stephanie joined TASS Management, where she was a partner and responsible for European business development. She played a key role in developing the TASS Hedge Funds database and also ran the widely known TASS Twenty Traders Talk investor seminars which were among the first hedge fund conferences. Stephanie started her career in 1987 in Australia, first with an investment advisor and then marketing for Legal and General. She graduated from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand with a BSc in Genetics and Developmental Zoology.

International Administration (Guernsey) Limited
The Administrator for funds and segregated accounts advised by Chess Capital Partners LLP is International Administration (Guernsey) Limited (IAG). IAG was founded in February 2000 by its executive directors, Alison Simpson and Mark Woodall and is majority owned member of the Ashmore Group, a London based asset management house specializing in emerging market and distressed debt.
